I have been researching and teaching organizational change—particularly the change we need to build a more sustainable world. Originally from Austria, I now live in the Netherlands where I work as an Associate Professor of Business & Sustainability at the University of Twente. I hold a PhD in psychology and I am a certified organization developer and business coach. This website is my space to share projects, ideas, and opportunities for collaboration with those who share my vision: creating a future where sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
